Shipping and Returns

 

The majority of our products are manufactured to order and we aim to ship all orders within 3-4 days from receipt, subject to availability.  Shipping is generally by parcel carrier 3 day service or on our own transport.  We welcome collection from our premises by prior arrangement.

Orders over £150 nett for delivery to UK Mainland are carriage paid on our standard service.  Where delivery is required to Non UK Mainland destinations, carriage is by individual arrangement, and is based on an increased order value or special carriage rate. 

For UK Mainland orders that are not carriage paid, or where an overnight service is required, please see the scale of charges below.

Alternative Delivery Destinations

We are happy to ship all or part of your order, to delivery points other than your own location, this may incur additional carriage charges dependant on individual circumstances.  Please contact us to discuss if required.

Returns

We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your delivery.  In the unlikely event that the goods need returning, please contact us.  If the goods are faulty or Yorkshire Cleaning Fabrics Ltd is responsible for incorrect shipment, we will accept the return of the goods and refund reasonable costs incurred in transportation.  If the goods are returned for refund through no fault of Yorkshire Cleaning Fabrics Ltd then we will normally accept the goods but may impose a re-stocking or remanufacturing charge at our discretion, transportation costs will not be refunded.
